Beland’s condition was quite severe as he was diagnosed with demodicosis and severe ascaridiosis that nearly destroyed his eyes. Upon admission to the clinic, he couldn’t even stand up on his own.
After a thorough diagnosis, the treatment began, which involved scraping for parasites, administering amoxicillin and fenbendazole, and parasite prevention washing.
After a month of treatment, Beland’s condition significantly improved, and he gained weight. His appetite also improved, and he could walk, run, and enjoy playing with toys again. The rescuers named him Beland, and he was ready to find his forever home.
